in regards to the 10-K, is there something material that folks here on the board are expecting? personally, i viewed it as a total non-event, just showing the same stuff we've seen before (minor amt of revenue, ongoing expenses, fund-raising, etc.). frankly, i just want to see it filed, as missing the extension wouldn't look so good.

but i'd love to know if there is something else material that folks are expecting?
