Correct, IMO Univec never bought them.
Every company, SEC registered or not, has to inform shareholders within 4 days of a material event. Also the clinics are not in Univec, Inc. as of 2nd quarter.
If I may "speculate" here, just my humble opinion. I think Doc maybe purchased those clinics personally and they will get rolled up with everything else. Also it could be the deal was just put on hold. We know Doc has a relationship with the clinics.
