My guess is that there will be no new information until September, unless there is another extension on the fact data gathering.

Then if a docket description hints that it includes the asset value of Generex, it might be worth spending the money to get the document(s) so we know what our investment is worth according to the Bankruptcy Court. The trouble is that any “asset” is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Think Antiques Roadshow https://www.pbs.org/wgbh/roadshow/ where an item is appraised at one value and then years later the exact same item is appraised at something different. So, what the Court thinks Generex is worth could be very different than what we believe it is worth.

Other than just reading the dockets, the only recourse, I can think of, that we stockholders have in the Chapter 7 proceedings is to keep our collective eyes (hundreds or thousands) firmly fixed on every legal move that the Generex Trustee(s?) Marc P Barmat, Eyal Berger make.
