For better or worse we should know soon enough. Probably looking at empty filings being dumped tonight or tomorrow. What will the update be then? If he cannot provide a clear update or timeline at that point I think everyone who is bag holding this needs to get the SEC involved so we can figure out if this is a legitimate company or not.
