To my knowledge this is not an open house.
For as long as I have owned this stock ,there has been an open invitation for stockholders to visit just have to make arrangements as to date and time.
Notice I said shareholders,so far as I can see there is not and has not been any differentiation as to number of shares held.
Yes,there were some shareholders scheduled to come in those dates,everyone else is piggy backing on that.
