He definitely doesn’t know when a BLA will be properly submitted. But if he can do math he does know that if it were submitted today at 4pm we’d be waiting until probably February 2023 for an actual approval. So he’s not wrong unless he means it won’t be submitted for an approval until 2023. I just don’t believe that’s what he meant when he somewhat poorly worded that statement.
