Those two executives ARE THERE AT JBI because THEY are JB's HAND-PICKED choices to be in those two positions...

SO I WOULD ASK... IF THEY ARE NOT DOING THE JOB for us SHAREHOLDERS that they should be, WHY THE HELL is JB not spending some of his 80 hours ALL OVER THEIR ASSES...

 or communicating his dissatisfaction to SHAREHOLDERS-- BIG & small-- SO WE CAN BE READY TO VOTE THEM OUT OF A JOB at the next AGM?

 Is paying THEM BIG $$$$$$$ to do nothing just another PENALTY on JBII shareholders as part of the price to get the SEC off our backs? OR... is the truth somewhere in-between and yet to be revealed WHEN the SEC action is signed off by the judge... or at the time of events flowing into the AGM over the next 2-4 months?
