Matt will be delivering this month and when he does every long will realize why he had to delay the filing which is keeping him from putting out press releases. What I can and will share and have been given permission to do so is that he is working on something that will bring enhanced shareholder value that is holding him up from completing the management discussion and subsequent events section of the Q. The S-1 and the audit are almost done as well.

We are almost there folks. Stay patient and we will all be highly rewarded for it.
When matt is quiet he tends to get a chitload done and that is the case with BCAP.
He is working hard for Baron and its shareholders and we will all be very pleased with him and the progress very soon IMO.
