The FBI got the 18 months Investigation of the military that followed and varified the findings of the ordered Election Inference report that was due 45 days after the election...
I'll assume a copy of the signed Insurrection ACT was sitting on top ...

I've heard EBS soon as I doubt MEDIA companies will incriminate themselves. They might plead the 5th and go dark.
