I gotta say, I'd be tempted to take that offer. Just because someone shorts a stock that does not make the price go down anymore than you buying the stock makes it go up. However if alot of people do either one or a large volume then, yes that causes the big fluctuations. However, part of me says if they want to play with fire and pay me for the risk? One big PR deal and they learned their lesson and paid me to do it. If cydy does go down, well, take the interest earned and buy more cheap shares. If you don't plan on selling, why not let the shorts buy you some more shares while you wait? Just a thought, even if its not popular.
