They get the same money, but if the share price is low (say .82), that equals way more shares than if it were $1.30.
In the short term, if I were Tony I'd want the pps down here or lower, so I can reap more shares per month before a partnership or BO occurs.
So, unless I'm wrong in my entire thesis (as is often the case), their motive in the coming weeks/months may *not* be a higher pps, more a personal accumulation of as many shares as possible before the eventual launch upwards.
