Yea... after the snow stopped, the temp jumped up to the mid 30's and the sun came out. Not losing electricity is also a big plus... I have a well, so when electricity is out, so is my water supply. Not too bad in the kitchen, but the bathrooms aren't too pleasant when that happens.

I hope you are not close to the coast... pretty rough winter there.
