While Smart Insole may be a bit on the backburner, (lack of investors etc?) I think Biel is pursuing the massive footpain market nonetheless.

I agree. I feel the same goes for "HealFast", that has so much potential in another huge market, which they will pursue, as stated in the recent company update.
