It’s basically an advertisement, fishing for a bogus investigation, to ponder a frivolous lawsuit. We all know nothing will come of it but these ads are remarkably effective at convincing weak hands to sell.

Ex-Mgmt are to blame, absolutely. But hard to fault current Mgmt for simply being transparent about cleaning up Mulholland’s messy books. Just a shame they can’t share positive developments which might eclipse and neutralize these damaging PRs. Soon, hopefully…
