I do hope there is some substance to this X-factor thing. Share price action looked good today and I hope it continues. I am hoping good news comes from W. Texas soon, followed by some positive results from Belize.

Here in Massachusetts, a storm forecast to drop 6 - 10" left me with about 18" to deal with. Spring is just around the corner and I look forward to great things from TECO and mother nature.
