At what point would it make sense that the FDA, SEC, DOJ etc can be horrible at what they do and how they run, yet the govt can do "heavy lifting" on climate? Lie at one thing lie at all things. Frankly they can do little correctly or well and actually harm things in what they tell us is hard work.

They've just passed a law to fix the problems with the last law that fixed the problems with the previous law that fixed the earlier problems with the prior law that was supposed to fix everything for good and make everything better. Two years from now they will be passing a law to "fix" what was just passed.

At some point the answer is repealing and getting rid of "more" heavy lifting.
