Corruption is a synomyn for Stock Market. Naked shorting is a known allowed process where shorts can be borrowed that are not available for borrowing, and they don't show up in the % Short Interest. Short interest on AMC has been displayed at 20% when the estimates that included naked shorted was estimated at over 100%, that was the reason for predicting MOASS, Mother of All Short Squeezes.
