Don't let facts get in the way of a good story HandHoldMe
The message has been consistent as long as I remember. Day 2 cybersleuts wasting a CEOs time on answering the same questions over and over again like they just uncovered something special.
What is consistent too is people bring it up almost on a weekly basis. I expect news on both sides if a RS is needed. Major partnership, EUA, Contacts, private investor funding of 3CL Pharma, IPO of 3CL Pharma, and the list of realistic possibilities go on and on. Any company that uplists only to continue to do incremental revenue would be foolish. I would imagine we all can agree on that.

We have several catalysts, and a very nice business growing at Provista. We are very cognizant of the reverse and will only reverse when stock can move higher on exchange. It will be an overnight event, so timing it might mean you will miss the boat

No reverse split now. 3CL Pharma next funding focus. We’re driving revenues there that will allow it to raise capital to drive marketing/trials of Tollovid and clinical development Tollovir/TolloTest development w/funding outside of Todos. 3CL now has the valuation to support it

No reverse split anytime soon. We are continuing to focus on executing and allowing the plan to come together. I have said we are focused on execution now and that’s what we are doing. Lots of wood to chop in front of us and revenues currently covering burn.

It’s the market makers right now, not conversions. All the funds were waiting for the uplist. S1 is in so now it’s just timing on the stock. We will only do reverse with major catalyst on the other side
