Here is a little on that new company of Libermans in Florida and sipp  (sipc).
One thing that you see is that Liquor is involved.
I would have go back and re-research again but remember that Lieberman is connected to the same guy that owned...(do you remember this name) IronClad?  Well if I remember correctly, that owner deals with liquor out of Connecticut.
It all seems to connect together.

BTW if I recall correctly the guy that owns or owned IronClad was in trouble with SEC before. Go figure!
