Load of crap based upon too small a sample. IL is repairing bridges that are dangerous, replacing aging sewer and water pipes and expanding broadband where it's needed.
If you actually believe the same is not going on beyond your view in your own state, as well as in other states, then you are just to easily misinformed for your own safety and the safety of others.
Another thing, the money didn't just go plop all at once in all 50 states.
It goes out gradually over many years because not every project is shovel ready.
If you have any shit left to lose save it for something more serious and, especially, reality based.
