My expectation is that when the Q2 report comes, it won't show assets or revenue on the balance sheet, statement of cash flows, etc.
There should be some information in the subsequent events section about the reverse merger.
Then I would expect a Supplemental report at some point the gives more information about the merger and they assets they said in the PR are coming into the shell.
That's my take on it anyway.
I could be surprised and the next thing we get is a super filing that encompasses everything. But I just think that is less likely because for all of Q2 this was still a shell.
