Last night was two filet mignon (to get me closer to a pound) and a bottle of White Rock Claret from 2019. Both delicious. When the right dust settles I’ll probably go with Spring Mountain Cab from the 80’s or 90’s before penning my goodbye posy from an over water bungalow in the Maldives.
