Just checking in to see if Trump has been re-instated?? I'm expecting a head fake 2024 announcement, perhaps shortly after he testifies in the James' NY case.
I agree that Georgia will indict Trump for election tampering long before the DOJ decides to bring any lesser charges. They already have the call. Doubtful they'll ring him up on seditious conspiracy, but obstruction of Congress is clearly on the table if it gets to the DOJ; or perhaps Garland will just pile on once Georgia indicts him.
Before this though, Trump is certainly stupid and senile enough to perjure himself while testifying to James, which allow her to seize the Trump Org and all of its assets.
As for him running, only the far right, racist, misogynistic, and incredibly stupid MAGA is left. Mid Republicans and Independents will avoid him like a bad case of hemorrhoids.
I'm certain Pence, DeSantis and perhaps Cheney will battle it out for the nod. Sound minded Republicans want nothing to do with TFG.
