Hey EY I had a hunch today that IR is here to provide shares to sell to the shorts which have been piling on for several years straight now, is there any way to find out exactly how many shares short exist in RFMK, naked or not?

I look at all this volume and figure who would be selling all these big blocks down here aside from IR, and if it is IR would they even allow all those shares they sell to get in the hands of outside investors. IF they simply sell to covering shorts they lock the float up tight and provide liquidity at the same time.

Just a hunch, but I figure there's a decent chance IR has been playing a big part in all this volume we're seeing that doesn't seem to be affecting the PPS very much. 100M+ volume today and we only moved a few ticks down, something is brewing and I'd like to know what it is.
