The 1/6 committee has established that fact, with Trumps words and actions.
He poured the gasoline with his stop the steal nonsense, he invited them to come to DC and he struck the match. Threw his VP under the bus, made him a target, too.
And we both know all of that would be sufficient for prosecution if it was a defeated Hillary doing exactly the same things with exactly the same results and with exactly the same committee hearings revelations. 'Lock her up', for less, would become 'hang Hillary Clinton. You KNOW it would.
