I don't think it will be smooth Marty, but I agree. Despite all the bumps in the road, I think we finally hit the inflection point.

If you have followed the bread-crumbs, you will see that this is an emerging conglomerate, lead by a visionary leader, who knows how to stay on-side with the PRC. They are sitting on an enormous market opportunity with full support of the Chinese government.

Technically, the 2Q reporting could be a "nothing-burger" - because frankly the merger likely didn't happen within that timeframe. However, it begs the question... Why have a press release last week that basically sets the table for a HUGE announcement? All said, I expect something... but we have all learned to be patient with this ticker.

Are there audited financials and disclosures that would satisfy a CFA or CPA? Nope, not yet.

Would I recommend this to anyone who couldn't afford to lose 100% of their investment? Absolutely Not.

So this is a highly speculative ticker. But there is plenty of smoke...
