The ONLY good thing about an absolute Monarchy... is that they don't have to put up with the bull$#!T of a paper tiger bureaucracy such as the FDA. They have the wealth, the need, and the ability to pull the trigger at will.

96.5% of the water on earth is in our oceans...desalination methods are definitely the way to go. Here on the west coast...there are 12 plants and plans to build more...but the red tape and the special interest groups hamper the process.
