while the jacklegs on iHub will spin this, it's a non-issue as far as i see it. Anthony has been wearing 2 hats up until a couple of weeks ago, and we remain a tiny company on a shoestring budget. Any non-traditional analysis / non-cash comp schedules, etc. take a lot of time and work, so it's not that surprising that the 10-K has a delay. I, for one, don't really expect much out of the 10-K anyway - but regardless, this isn't anything to worry about in my opinion.
