I'm only a shareholder just like you. I've explained what I know, as have others: That BCAP cannot release its Q until its legal Counsel gives it permission to do so. They want to see something(s) in the Notes. What those are, I have no idea. I can speculate, but it won't help me one way or another.

What I do know is no shares have been issued by BCAP for well over a year. Something is paying the bills.

This is the point in time where you trust your CEO and DD, or listen to the mindless bashers and quit. As shareholders we bought into a concept, which is really Matt Dwyer's area of expertise.

Bottom lines:

1. He could have delivered faster, but hasn't.

2. He could have screwed us, but hasn't.

3. When those item(s) are ready to report they will be.
