i have always thought SK was impressive and knowledgeable. it's easy to say he should've shown Nader the door sooner, but that's a tough spot to be in. Nader brought him on board - he's the reason SK got the opportunity - and that's an intimidating dynamic to go against. and i remember the call when he said they had done a CEO search earlier, and couldn't find the right person - so they were already on that path.

some may feel differently, but i think having SK, Cyrus, Recknor, etc. as market facing guys is very powerful. And with Nader gone, SK knows way more about the history and the science (and being an MD). my gut is that Cyrus is leaning on him more than anyone to come up to speed. of course, i'm not on the inside, so that's just speculation.

Just my 2 cents. I'm thrilled with the current team - i think they are going to put some major points on the board prior to Thanksgiving!!
