Your questions leads me to believe you are missing the big picture. I seriously doubt snpw was the pick of the litter - they might have been the only litter and choice for Foxess.

Distribution companies do not like to pioneer a line. The gestation period for success is too long and the roi for pioneered lines is generally negative in the first 12-18 months.

Very familiar with distribution pioneering a company. I would only take it if there was a guarantee min payment per month - this is due to the substantial investment on the front end with no return for a long time.

Let’s face it, I doubt consumers are deferring buying decisions waiting for Foxess to enter the market. They will need to prove themselves and that takes time.

If Foxess entered the pc market do you think there would be a line of distributors to take the line - I don’t. Similar to what I believe is the battery market. I sure wouldn’t want to distribute a start up against Dell etc. And I wouldn’t distribute a battery company late to the market irrespective of the size of their parent company.
