the only issue is, i think it is unlikely that the hold gets lifted in the next month. and until the hold is lifted, i doubt they sign a partnership. that's my 2 cents, but i would bet on the timeline being a bit longer than 30 day window you lay out with regard to your vote.

i'm voting yes, based on the fact that the new team is as good as we'll ever hope to have, and miles beyond previous leadership. i support them 100%, trusting that they are working with shareholders best interests in mind - even if it doesn't mean something huge in the very near term.

that said, i can understand your points. and it would definitely be nice to hear from the new president.
