Don't some of you think you have it backwards?
If you want to hear from the President, the only leverage that you have as a shareholder is your vote. If you are already saying "I don't know what the hell the President's plan is, but I am voting YES to authorize more shares", then what incentive does the President/Board have to say anything right now?
NONE.
As the new Board has shown, they will speak if/when they want to, often say nothing, and could still read this board everyday and see "I bought more!" and "I'm voting YES!" and feel they are doing just fine because they have shareholder support.
P.S. I voted YES but expect nothing from the Board in terms of communication until they do communicate.
