He is doing what his lawyer advised him to do.  He knows what he is doing.  Patience is not for everyone.  Look at the numbers, he has done right by the shareholders, BCAP is holding at more than double its share price a year ago.  For some of us, like me, who has $.0001s in their portfolio are sitting at 6 times higher.
