I get a sense that EGOC/Pangbo Group is going to announce a very big KEY acquisition or future acquisitions that will explain the enthusiastic and lofty statements of moving to a new board or up listing along with returning to the Hong Kong exchange as was stated months ago. They will let us know the goods involved soon is my bet. Maybe on August 15 or sooner. That would be great if they did the big reveal on the coming filing date or sooner.. JMO
