Is soon, sooner than almost? Because we were "almost there" months maybe years ago and weren't we going to have "Cigars soon" months or years ago too?

I'm hoping it really is SOON. Dalton just looses what little respect he has left makes himself look like a liar each time weeks and months pass by and nothing happens.
