Must have posted to the wrong board since the other board seems to be answering my question but deleted the post of course. The question was does Univec need to revise any registration statement since the direction has changed so many times. My other OTC company in the blockchain industry just went through months of back and forth revisions of an S1 with the SEC. They got approved today. So where does Univec stand? Some say paperwork whatever they may be have, have been sent.
