FanMail, thanks for the spelling fix. I missed the wrong word that my auto spell inserted. Anyway, it is a good explanation of what we are talking about for anyone who might not fully understand the implications. And yes, you are right that there are no guarantees in ANY litigation. The point that I was trying to make is that we should be careful about publicly insinuating criminal activity without proof. Innocent till proven guilty, and all that. I really didn’t expect you or anyone else to spend money on a civil case. The Chapter 7 and SEC would/should find any improper or illegal activities.
However, there is enough evidence to point to Joe’s negligence, ineptitude, and dereliction of his CEO duties, which in another company, would probably have gotten him removed by the BOD, but nothing that points to actual criminal liabilities. The tanking of our investment is a risk we take with any stock we buy. Now if you can prove that the rosy CC projections were an actual criminal conspiracy to deceive the investors, and not just wish thinking, then that would be another story.
