Weekend full of tweets...stock down 9%...go figure.
Tweets are not working any longer. No 8-Ks on news being tweeted involving new distribution hub for Foxess. 8-Ks are due within 4-5 days following any material changes to company's assets and financial commitments? Since 8-ks make the company more accountable, tweets are heavily relied on.
So now, it's come down to being happy with using tweets to inform shareholders of things being announced with zero details relating to agreements, terms, locations and timelines referenced in cryptic tweets.
