Maybe I’m a bit naive in all of this, but seems that if a company wanted to buy NuGenerex for example, that would then raise the value of Generex which would allow the payoff of all debts of Generex and Generex would then come out clean and the trustee could them assign a new ceo and board or push for chapter 11 instead.
