Depends on which vote zagnut was referring to.
Sean is correct that the special shareholders vote to approve 350m new shares has a special stip about shareholders of record on/before 7/12.
But if zagnuts was referring to a theoretical vote to sell the company for, I don’t know, let’s just pull a figure out of the sky…like $10 per share, then some entity or another may be accumulating ass- or is it butt-loads of share to control the outcome of that vote. I think they would officially require a fuck ton. If my memory serves.
