umm...is it...? he openly told people to put unvc in their stock portfolios on twitter and linkedin just days ago..he also told people two years ago at IFAH to buy unvc stock. Can't see how that's insider.

telling people to buy his stock isn't considered insider trading..doesn't mean you'll do it just because someone says too...but telling them to buy the stock "because..." X reason...that is something else and would be considered insider. with that said...difficult to prove.

but yes...stocks do what they do...go up and go down...regardless of why.
