Thats not true. A $15 offer would be deemed worthy if submission to the shareholders for a vote. That did not occur.
Similarly a $10 offer would be presented to shareholders as it would clearly have a shot at passing.
Anyone who says theres no shot $10 would be approved is being dishonest. Theres a shot.
