My devious mind is being bad again..  Now that Bob is no longer CEO, if he also dropped his position on the BOD, I wonder if he could buy CWRN stock on the open market without disclosing his purchases. He would be nothing more than an ordinary shareholder then, imo. If he started buying right now at the discounted prices, he could later sell the shares back to the company at his cost plus marginal interest, and the company could then return the shares  to the treasury for eventual canncelation. This could be especially beneficial down the road, as Chartman has pointed out that there seems to be continued naked shorting  of CWRN stock almost daily.

 With the float being reduced by this type of action it would surely bring about a short squeeze down the road, when the company can afford to pay a dividend and take shorty's knees out once and for all..
