Let's say that they offer cydy 10 dollars a share ...that could mean they give us one share of GSK for 2 shares of CYDY since they ready have a stock at 20$ stock ...or they can say sime portion of that is in cash and some portion in stock ...
When BMY , that's Bristol Myers Squibb, bought Celgene they did both some cash and stock and that point you cash in or keep the buying companies stock
