Yoda - you are so dead on it's scary.  What you posted is exactly what my fear is.  I hope that Tom has the managerial instinct to stop the dilution in favor of good business practices.  He must have a good accumulation of funds as I believe Cheryl was given Restricted Shares with about 1 year to maturity.  Mike's restriction has ended, I believe.  But, he would be a fool to sell any of his shares at the current PPS.  And with his inside knowledge, any movement on Mike's part would raise a red flag.  Keep up the good work.
