I agree with you DJ… Think about it this way… hmmm… the upper management is restricted from buying shares to certain times that are few and far between. What better way to accumulate some shares as partial salary adjustments when you know this company is going to hit a big catalyst soon and you wish you just had more shares so you know you will reap the huge benefit.

Sounds like a nice pre-planned way to achieve wealth. Could it be viewed this way? I think so…
