I've been gone all nite till now.  I think Casaprop and Moss have answered our questions and whetted our appetite.  Looks like things are coming together sooner than I thought. I thought May/June and looks like sooner than that.  Maybe as soon as the end of this month.  I remember Sparks saying sales were being made and money coming in.  Maybe I will yet be able to tell my wife what we are invested in.  My best to you,  Jim  PS-I like to be wrong about timing and I like pleasant surprises.
