Baltmore is a poster child for political corruption, most likely due to their close proximity to DC. The corrupt toxidity just spills over.
Throw Covid into the mix and you grind to a complete standstill, with well intentioned funding bypassing the intended recipients and going straight past GO into the already swollen pockets of politicians and their extended families.
It's hard to witness.
If anyone can push this new vision through the mud in that arena it would be Doc.
I pray the light shines through the darkness.....soon.
In the mean time, I keep adding. Especially at the current PPS.
Like Wrench and others, I'm all in and not going anywhere.
