Rusty to supply Ukraine with arms is one thing, to outright defend is another which is on the bad side of the fulcrum "presently" but all in all to rebuild Ukraine means huge dollars for the Country who is involved in that. There are different progressions and timing to look at in some of these Countries as long as mutual understanding and respect is clear.
